By submitting the form, you are confirming that your organisation is eligible to join and will adhere to the guiding principles of ENCA. Please note that you must include a letter of support from the organisation and include the contact details of one individual (you may add more later).

Support and promote the work of ENCA.
Take part in opportunities offered to them by ENCA wherever possible, including representing the patient voice at regional, national and international conferences with the support and endorsement of the ENCA Board.
Attend the annual Congress wherever possible including attending and participating in the annual ENCA round-table discussion at the congress.
Share best practice, ideas and resources with ENCA, to support other Members.
Publish a link to the ENCA website on their own website.
